The sealing system features a high-efficiency, thermostatically controlled sealing head designed for consistent, neat, and strong seals during continuous high-speed operation. A positive film unwinding mechanism ensures optimal tension and prevents film wastage. Quick-change, ball-bearing film roll mounts simplify roll replacement. Additionally, a cooling zone at the tunnel exit rapidly sets the shrink film for secure, distortion-free packaging during handling.

Description
The sealing head shall be of our proprietary design and manufactured in accordance with the latest specifications.
It shall comprise a highly efficient, constantly heated, and thermostatically controlled sealing and pressure beam assembly, ensuring strong, precise, and neat sealing during continuous operation.
This high-speed sealing process shall be supported by a positive unwinding system for the film roll, which ensures the correct amount of tension-free film is available for each pack, minimizing wastage and controlling excess film consumption.
A ball-bearing mounted, quick-change film roll mounting assembly shall also be provided for ease of operation.
A suitable cooling zone at the exit end of the shrink tunnel shall provide rapid cooling of the shrink film after shrinkage, effectively setting the film in its new shape before the packs are subjected to handling.
